How much does the listening assessment cost?
The Listening Assessment is $30.00 Australian dollars. The current pricing details are available at https://www.oscartrimboli.com/lapricing/
What will I be asked during the assessment?
You will be invited to provide a response to how often the 20 statement applies to you and the way you listen in your workplace. Once you have completed your response to those question, we seek the following data
- What is the number one thing you struggle with when it comes to listening in your workplace?
- year of birth, gender, country,
- working status, industry, organization, job title, seniority
How many people have completed the listening assessment ?
As at April 2024, 33,158 workplace listeners across 165 countries and territories completed the listening assessment.
How long will the assessment take?
On average, it takes 7 minutes to complete.
Which languages is the assessment available?
The listening assessment is ONLY available in English. Spanish and French are considered for future versions.
What will appear on my report?
Your personalized report will contain
- your primary and secondary listening barriers,
- tailored, practical, pragmatic and evidence based tips and techniques to improve
- access to an extensive library of resources to improve your listening face-to-face, online, one-to-one, group meetings including a over 10 hours of insights into the 4th Generation model explaining The Five Levels of Listening
What is included in the current version of the listening assessment?
Version 4 is our most substantial release, integrating artificial intelligence, your report provides more tailored suggestions, tips, and techniques to help you progress your workplace listening.
How will I receive my report and resources?
You will receive your report via email from hello@oscartrimboli.com and will include a unique and secure URL to your personalized report that you can download as a PDF.
Will I be charged GST, VAT or Sales tax?
Taxes will be charged according to address of your credit card or billing address.
What currencies and payment methods are accepted?
Credit card payments will be in Australian Dollars. Your bank and credit card company will define the exchange rate and conversion into your local currency.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will show the Date, WWW.OSCARTRIMBOLI.COM and the amount.
What is an Event Code?
Your Event Code should be empty unless you have been provided a valid and current Event Code by the Organization or Event Host.
What if I am getting an Error – Invalid Code ?
This Error Code is presented when the Event Code entered does not exist. If you received the message The Event code is Invalid, please get in touch with the person who provided you with this Event Code.
What if I am getting an Error – Expired Code ?
This Error Code is presented when the Event Code entered has exceeded the expiry date. If you received the message The Event code has Expired, please get in touch with the person who provided you with this Event Code.

Commercial and Public Sector Organizations
The Listening Assessment is $30.00 Australian dollars. Volume based discounts are available for 100 participants or more.
For Organizations up to 99 participants, there are no discounts and each participant will be charged $30.00 Australian Dollars.
Organizations with cohorts between 10 to 99 participants, they can receive Cohort Progress Report. To access these progress, group, individual and final reports, an organization can pay for an Event code to avoid each participant paying on their own credit card and requesting reimbursement.
For 100 or more participants, Commerical and Public Organizations can select an Enterprise Agreement.
This will allow the Organziation to access discounts beyond 100 participants and greater discounts are available beyond 500, then 1,000 and 10,000 participants.
Commerical Organization Benefits include;
- Event Code for Group Report at the organization, department, or project level.
- Debrief of Group results based on number of participants
- Less than 500 participants – a recorded debrief and three recommendations
- Greater than 500 participants – a 45 interactive listening workshop tailored to the group listening profile delivered online
- Procurement via a Purchase Order
- Payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer
What currencies and payment methods are accepted?
- For orders of 99 Participants or less, you will pay via a credit card in Australian Dollars. Your bank and credit card company will define the exchange rate and conversion into your local currency.
- For orders of 100 Participants or more, your organization mayplace an order via Purchase Order and pay via SWIFT Interbank Transfer.

Accredited Facilitators
Accredited Facilitators are required to complete the following courses;
- how to listen – fundamentals
- how to listen – advanced
- how to listen – accredited fundamentals facilitator
Once complete, you will be licensed to administer, report and debrief results from the listening assessment

Not For Profit Organizations
Government Registered Not For Profit receive concessional pricing after their application has been received and validated by their national or local government authority. To ensure we deal with your application in a timely manner please include your organization’s Not For Profit Identifying information.
Organizations must be a Nonprofit or non-governmental organization with recognized legal status in their respective country (equal to 501(c)(3) status under the United States Internal Revenue Code). You will need to provide the identifying information, usually a registration number to access concessional pricing for your organization.
License restrictions – Organizations cannot share, transfer, rent, or resell nonprofit licenses or subscriptions with/to other organizations or individuals even if they are part of the same group. If the group has both nonprofit and for-profit organizations in its legal structure, nonprofit offers are only permitted for the eligible nonprofit organizations.
