Delivery Policy
- Locations & costs
- Oscar Trimboli ships nationally within Australian, and internationally to select locations.
- If your delivery method is via Australia Post, your order can optionally be delivered to a post-office box (‘PO Box’) at your election.
- Shipping costs are variable but are quoted at checkout as relevant for each product.
- Processing orders
- Email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order.
- Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
- Timings
- Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days following successful processing.
- We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, but cannot provide any guarantee, warranties or refunds if postal delivery is delayed, lost or otherwise unsatisfactory for the purposes of your prospective delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but will generally be within 2-7 business days.

- Important delivery information
- Please check that all items received are what you have ordered.
- Should you receive an incorrect item and break the packaging seal for such item, we will be unable to provide any refund or return in respect of damaged, opened or tampered items (i.e. any item that is not in original condition, inclusive of any packaging).
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact Us within 4 days of delivery and do not discard or dispose of the relevant damaged item, as We may require proof of purchase and/or damage (e.g. emailed photographs) to verify your claim.
